Cotton Candy / Cotton Mint
Cotton Mint was found at a Fleamarket in Sorrento Italy in 2022. She is one of the very early incantation of My Little Pony, which appeared in toy catalogues and at Toy Fairs, used to promote the line to toy sellers and manufacturers to whom Hasbro wanted to sell the manufacturing license.
Her symbols are different to standard release Flat Footed Cotton Candy, the placement and shape of the spots are different. The colour of her eyes and symbols match and are blue in colour. Cotton Mints body is much more aqua in colour (closer to Sunlight) than green and the texture feels smooth, compared to the rougher vinyl of the Flat Footed ponies. She has a longer forelock and very soft, high quality hair which has a cottony, crunchy texture and matches the hair of the other prototypes the owner has. Her body, leg length, height and face/head shape are different to a standard release Flat Footed or Concave Footed pony.
Very similar versions of Bluebelle (with spotted symbols), Snuzzle (with spotted symbols) and Cotton Candy have been found in the USA. Bluebelle and Cotton Candy were bought from the same seller, located in Rhode Island. Snuzzle was found in the USA and sold to her owner by a former toy designer.
